BKBM provided structural engineering services for the 80,000 square foot Billy Graham Community Life Commons Center that serves as the hub of the UNW campus.

The Billy Graham Community Life Commons Center provides easy access and ample space for the services and spaces needed by the campus community, including traditional students, non-traditional students, faculty, and staff. 
 
The new facility provides integration of faith, learning, and living, housing the critical services and staff that impact this integration.  The two-story building structure consisted of a combination of steel bar joists, glulam beams, and light gage metal trusses for the roof, a precast plank floor, and exterior masonry bearing walls.
